I have dealt with J. Buckley Warden on several very complex and technical fire/water losses that were both litigated and or resolved in amicable settlement. I have been most impressed in the emersion of personal study that Mr. Warden has gone to in being a legal expert of sorts in the fire protection field. I've yet to meet any legal counsel that has so closely studied the codes, standards, and manufacturer's specifications in order to have a direct understanding and application of the industry and science. He is very hands on and comfortable in physically investigating fire/water loss sites in protecting his client's interests.
