They were too busy, and no one there could communicate in Mandarin, so I was forced to seek help from other high-cost law firms. My experience tells me that there is no such thing as a free lunch. If you need help, don’t go to this kind of nonprofit organization — they will only waste your time and put your case in a more difficult position in court.

This organization claims to be public interest, but turns its back on immigrant families in urgent need. My child fully qualifies for SIJS, yet they refused to help and even gave a completely false excuse: "If the parent does not have a green card, the child cannot stay in the U.S. even if they obtain one." This is absolutely misleading. If your services require a fee, you should state it clearly, rather than covering it up with false excuses to dismiss immigrant families in desperate need of legal help. Very disappointed.
