They were unprofessional and rude in their communication, often dismissive of my concerns. Despite taking on my asylum case, they did very little actual work and provided no meaningful guidance or progress. I felt unsupported and frustrated throughout the process. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They rather leach off of their clients then do anything for them.
