The man that was extremely rude when we were just asking questions about how to get a copy of a lost card. He was acting like we were stupid. Instead of just helping which is his job it was as if we were bothering him. He shouldn’t have even get a star but that was the only way to get to make a review. Hands down AWFUL office to be helping people of this community. You should be ashamed of the way you just acted. Came all the way from SLO county. Will never be going back there!!
Talked to a man over the phone for 5 minutes and he wasn’t really helpful. I asked if he was a attorney and he said no then he got offended and basically told me to do the process myself online.
