Aun no termina nuestro caso, pero me gustaria hablar de como nos han tratado y lo que yo veo en su trabajo. Hay muchos abigados que no pierden casos pero no buscan esforzarse toman solo los casos faciles o simplemente con los que creen que pueden. Tengo gran ilucion que nuestro caso se resuelva. Y hablando del trabajo de este despacho la verdad me gusta porque siempre te esplican que es lo que se debe hacer y no se quedan ellos con los papeles siempre te envian una copia de tu casa para que tu mismo sepas como va el proceso, no te ocultan nada, su trabajo es traspatente para contigo como cliente, en ningun momento te sientes obligado a seguir con ellos. Te esplican que proceso seguira y te dan la opción de seguir con ellos o no. Creo yo que nuestro caso es y ha sido largo y complicado pero nos han llevado de la mano y por buen camino espero pronto estar comentando de nuevo de su trabajo. Sea cual sea niestra resolucion ellos han hecho un muy buen trabajo a como yo lo estoy mirando. Gracias.

I am so thankful to Nick Marchi and his team for wonderful representation of my immigration case. I lost the hope but Nick never did and helped me winning my typical case. Where do I even start...? Michele and her team are amazing. You truly get the sense that they care about every one of their clients. My case had some difficulties, but regardless of that, the political climate at the time of application and delays due to the pandemic, her team always stayed on top of my case. They guided us through the entire process in great detail. They give you suggestions/guidance that will strengthen your case. In my case, I had to travel out of the country to finish the process. They made sure I was prepared for anything that could come up with detailed instructions and back-up paperwork. In addition, they are constantly checking on you. Even now that the process is complete, Manueala and Michele are still checking up on me to make sure I have recieved all my documents. Thank you guys! I know that this is a job for some, but to people like me, it is life changing!

Hands down the best in WA , I started my case and the other lawyer wasn’t very helpful, after talking to friends about immigration lawyers he suggested I contact mister Nicholas , shortly after he give me hope , and now my life back . Let me start by saying if you go cheap you will get what you paid for and that's what happen to me before I hired Nick Marchi. I hired a lawyer by the name Frederick Arcala from Zerwin & Arcala law and because of him my family an I had to go thru some hard times because of immigration. Arcala did not know anything about immigration law like Nick did. I hired Nick in 2013 because of my conviction and Immigration has ordered me to be deported (because of Arcala not knowing the immigration law). Nick was able to keep me in the US while my case was being reviewed. It was a tough 6 years I have to go thru, all my appeals was denied and dismiss. ICE wanted me out but Nick work to get my status back to normal and Now February 2019 we got the best news that we been waiting for BIA has finally accepted my appeal and I got my green card status back and this is because of Nick hard work. All I have to say is Thank you to Nick and his office for putting all the effort on getting my status back and have the chance to be a US citizen soon!.
