When I called, an extremely rude lady picked up and immediately started talking down to me while "explaining how it all works." All I said was that I was interested in a consultation. She went on about how clients get some kind of session with their lawyers. When I asked for a specific lawyer in the firm, she snapped back with attitude, saying, "Well, you know what? We CAN’T help you!" — really emphasizing the word can’t. She didn’t even bother to ask which lawyer I wanted to speak with or why. I’m honestly shocked by such terrible customer service. 😱😱😱
