Overrated & Worse office to contact to handle your case, I would suggest that you research your lawyers before making any kind of decision, there are many other options.

Called them with my issue at noon on a Thursday. Called them back at 2pm the following Monday to see if my case was a conflict. Although they asked for my number on Thursday rhey had no information of me in their system and suggested I I give them my information yet again and wait another 2-3 days to see if my case would be a conflict of interest. Let them know I’ve already done that and I will be finding a more professional company!!! Don’t waste your time.
