I was referred to Coleman Law Group by a Physician I was seeing after a car accident. The point of contact person was a nice individual on the phone and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me to recover from the accident. Though a minor one, the impact on my physical and professional life was sufficient enough to pursue legal compensation. However, over time, and more time and even more time, it became increasingly apparent my point of contact person had little experience and I was given next to no guidance or attention. There was always another random person contacting me from their Firm with the same questions over and over again. It was so frustrating. Then I was told that they would be handing my case over to another Firm which led me to understand that they were incapable of delivering on their commitments. I was discouraged but then was given spectacular care, attention and guidance that led to an agreeable resolution to my Case and finally allowing me to move on with my life after working a brief but productive time with The Walker Law Group. Best thing that The Coleman Law Group did for me was hand me over to them. I was just disgruntled that Coleman was compensated more for very little contribution.
