Law Office of David A. Semanchik

I chose David because he was close to my job. After the phone consultation which was incredibly thorough and probably close to 20 minutes long I new my search for a lawyer was over. I told David I have a very tight deadline. David gave me a list of documents he needed. Thankfully he was able to meet the deadline! I never had a problem contacting David via email or phone. He always responded within 24 hours. His secretary was always very pleasant. I really appreciated how he clearly explained what was going on and what was expected from me. I can't imagine another lawyer doing what David did for me with the limited time he had to work with. I'm actually going to miss my interactions with him.

3/2/22 I called at 5pm today and David answered the phone, even though his office was afficially closed. I was having some problems with another attorney regarding my bankruptcy. David was kind enough to talk with me at no cost, for 45 minutes after hours. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. After speaking with him I felt better and had a much clearer understanding of my case. It's not often that you can find an attorney that you feel is trustworthy just from speaking to them, and David is truly that one person who can be trusted to tell his clients the truth.
