I think this Attorney may be good, BUT his office is understaffed,, they have no communication with the client, It takes months to get a simple answer. We have paid almost the entire retainer, that is to be paid before the first court date which is September, 2022 to get no where with this law firm. They need to hire people bilingual or not to get caught up with all the paperwork, The Attorney does not speak Spanish and documents can be translated , if they do, this I think this law firm would be great !! Creo que este abogado puede ser bueno, PERO su oficina no tiene suficiente personal, no tienen comunicación con el cliente. Se necesitan meses para obtener una respuesta simple. Hemos pagado casi todo el anticipo, que se pagará antes de la primera audiencia judicial, que es septiembre de 2022, para no llegar a ninguna parte con este bufete de abogados. Necesitan contratar personas bilingües o que no se pongan al día con todo el papeleo, el abogado no habla español y los documentos se pueden traducir, si lo hacen, creo que este bufete de abogados sería genial !!

Un abogado honesto, que no le va robar el dinero ,amable ,humilde y gran ser humano y de una vez le dice la verdad si puede arreglar su estatus legal o no . Que Dios le bendiga.

Very unreliable and unprofessional. They do not answer the phone when you call, and despite leaving multiple voicemails, I received no response for over 5 weeks. I was receiving bills to pay a certain amount, yet they were completely incompetent in responding to my messages or providing updates on my case. I also sent emails and still received no reply. The only way to get any communication is to call 7–8 times over a span of weeks, leaving voicemail after voicemail with no guarantee of a call back. I truly wish I had known they operate this way beforehand, because I would have never started my case with them. A law office should not treat clients with such disregard—no updates, no follow-ups, and no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. The last conversation I had with them was over 5 months ago. They claimed they would call or email me about the necessary actions that needed to take place, yet more than a month passed from the date I was supposed to hear back—and still no updates.

Arthur, did a great job for our family. We went to few lawyers before his free consultation. Paid for all of them to hear scary stories... He did a great job pointing us in the right direction and didn't charge a dime. Very professional and nice attorney. Thank you very much. My sister just got her green card.

This lawyer did a perfect job for me . I will speak only for myself and present my own experience with this office which was definitely positive. Mr Overas did as he said he would do and finished the job . His fees are highly competitive. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

We hired Arthur Overs few years ago and we can state that we have paid a lawyer to help us with our son case but he count on his unprofessional front desk in Norfolk who doesn’t have no clue about immigration processes. I’ve recommended this lawyer in the past, not anymore.Very disappointing, I would encourage to anyone considering his services to go with other legal help.
