I had my SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY HEARING yesterday and I was Represented by Mrs. Katherine Lizdas!! I had previously been turned down by 2 other referred attorneys because they both told me that I did not meet the winning criteria for my Disability Claim!! Then, as I prayed and asked GOD what to do, HE then directed me to Mrs. Lizdas and FORWARD DISABILITY ATTORNEYS!! MRS. LIZDAS handled my DISABILITY CLAIM professionally and flawlessly!! And she knew/ knows just Exactly what she is doing!! She is Professional, Smart, and knows her job very well!! She prepped me both a couple of days Prior to my Hearing and then also on the day of and right before my Hearing!! She knew what questions to ask... And she just handled it Beautifully... And SHE GOT ME A WIN... AN AWESOME VICTORY!! I honestly could not of done it with any other attorney!! MRS. One star is probably saying too much about whomever I spoke with. A man that spoke so fast as to indicate he didn't have time for anyone or anything much less a breath of air. Also was extremely judgemental which doesn't by any means reflect his job description. He rushed me throughout the conversation to the point where I wouldn't want him representing me in any manner for any reason. His level of anxiety however convinced me that he could possibly also apply for SSI.

If I could give less than one star for attorney Kevin Hass I most certainly would I got absolutely no prep for my case and instead of making sure that my case was going to win and that he spent time on it he'd rather go on vacation and spend weeks away from his office I didn't get phone calls or questions I didn't ask the right questions apparently cuz obviously this is not the right attorney to take when you need a disability case to be one after having the vocational expert say twice on record that I could not do the jobs that I was doing Kevin did nothing to cite that the first was a mistake when the vocational expert stated there are jobs available so now after being denied disability and having no attorney to talk to you because he's gone for another week you should seriously consider finding someone else where's the tourney I have dealt with
