Time was of the essence with my case and the firm quickly assembled a team which adapted to a very culturally sensitive situation and produced positive results. Update: I just signed up with Van Phong The Xanh. They told me up front they will do all the translations of text messages by their in-house staff FREE OF CHARGE. They say it takes typically 2 weeks to file. Their fees are half. None of this "text messages must be translated by a Certified Translator for $50/each" FRAUD as misled by the disgraced lawyer Adam Nguyen!!! This place tried to scam me out of unnecessary services. Adam Nguyen told me during consultation for the K-1 visa that all text messages and social media post must be translated by a CERTIFIED TRANSLATOR and I cannot do it myself. His price was $50/each. I later found out USCIS allows me to do the translation myself, a fact no one in their office told me. His wife even emailed me a quote for translating a bunch of text messages after they had already been translated by their in-house staff, WITHOUT telling me I could either use the translation already done or do the translation myself. This is fraudulent practices. Their communication was substandard. Several emails with my questions and requests went unanswered. A few times they also asked for documents and confirmations that I had already given. My file was severely delayed. 5 weeks had gone past and it wasn't even filed. When Van Phong The Xanh filed my friend's K-1 petition in a week for half of the price. I even did all the heavy lifting for them, supplying them with 2 files of chronological events with all relevant documents attached. All they did was translate about 30 text messages and add them to my files. Yet after 5 weeks it was still not done when Adam Nguyen's original estimate was 1 week to file. They also denied all responsibilities and told a bunch of LIES in their yelp's response. If you ever paid them for translation of texts and social media posts for K-1 visa and they never told you that you could do the translation yourself, then that's considered frauds and they should be reported to the authorities.
