I hired Mina Tran to handle my green card and related immigration filings. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, there were repeated errors in my paperwork, missed details, and a lack of quality control that required me to catch problems myself. When issues were raised, I did not receive clear ownership or corrective action. Instead, communication often consisted of explanations and excuses rather than concrete fixes. What concerned me most was not just the mistakes themselves--errors can happen--but the overall handling of them. I never received a direct acknowledgment of responsibility or an apology, and corrections were not proactively initiated. This led to unnecessary stress and delays during an already high-stakes immigration process. Immigration cases demand precision, accountability, and clear communication. In my opinion, those standards were not met here. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and to carefully review all filings themselves if they choose to work with this attorney.

My husband needed help to clear his records and get approval for his citizenship. Mina Tran was very great at responding to all our questions and requirements. She proved to us that there are good and decent lawyers who actually do care about what they can do for people. My husband was cheated from previous 2 lawyers and for us to find one who actually got everything done accordingly and got results is definitely new. SCAM! 1 star is too generous for the service provided by Mina Tran. She obviously sells herself well on the initial phone call, takes full payment before doing a lick of work and then takes forever to get back to you. She sent me places that no longer exist for my visa as well as telling us to provide documents that aren't even necessary for what we needed. The customs officer laughed when we told him an immigration lawyer was the one who guided us. She always had excuses such as being in meditation or undergoing house renovations. She had the audacity to validate her fraudulent work and not refund us. I hope anyone looking to work with her reads this comment as well as all the other horrible ones and saves their time and hard earned money. Every bad review on here I'm sure is well deserved.

Mina and her team are very professional and responsible. I tried couple places but they all just wanted money. Mina is very knowledge, caring, responsible and professional. After my case done I recommend her to all my friends and my family who need help. She came with me to my interview so I passed the interview. It really changes my life. Mina is the best attorney. I consulted with several immigration lawyers, and she provided more service for less cost then others. Don't get me wrong, it was not "cheap", but it was quick, reliable, professional from top attorney to receptionist, and they did way more than others. Also Mina is a great listener. She will ask all the questions to make sure no stone is uncovered and she fully understands what needs to be done. This eliminates all the unnecessary follow-up, corrections to the papers, trips to the office, and all other stuff that costs money if needs to be redone. Everything for me went smoothly and stress free.
