I made a wrong turn on a divided side road I did not know was a divided road. Of course a police officer was right there and wrote out a ticket that incurred 3 points. Fortunately, this law firm sent me a letter. I replied and they discussed the issue and handled everything from there. They were able to eliminate the points (but not the fee) which was my main concern. Everything was explained clearly to me and the entire effort reduced my stress tremendously. The legal expertise and avoiding the court appearance was well worth the legal fees involved.
