Simple, straightforward law firm to work with. Cyrus has been very knowledgeable and extremely professional. If your HOA is giving you the run around I'd highly recommend speaking with this law firm. He won't tell you what you want to hear necessarily, as the laws are kind of stacked against you as the homeowner, but the information he provides is vital for knowing your rights as a homeowner and battling the HOA in the most effective means possible. I found his fee estimates to be very reasonable and he is very easy to talk to for an attorney. I was a little apprehensive to call an attorney because they can be so dry, but I'm so thankful his number popped up first when I did my search for one. He's definitely the attorney I'm going with. I would give him twice the stars if I could. I read the other reviews... a giggled a little, the other reviewer was frustrated that he didn't return his call on a court day? If our case goes to court I hope Cyrus deals with our case with the same laser focus he was undoubtedly giving those clients. I would have only seen that as a great sign you've got the right attorney. I rarely give reviews, there are just so few hours in the day, but I wanted anyone looking for one to know what my experience has been thus far.

Working with Cyrus was top notch. He is professional, intelligent, and very knowledgeable. Worth it! As someone who has worked with a lot of attorneys, he is someone I felt I could rely on. He took time to understand my issue and its context and provided timely and sound advice. This was a relief as other attorneys have given me the run around, but Cyrus was to the point and his advice was very useful. I strongly recommend choosing his firm!

Called for a comsult. Attorney is rude and will not let you speak. Call lasted not even 2 min. Says he has been an attorney for 13 years but he is the Lawfirm receptionist, paralegal, and attorney as well 😆 That should explain why no one wants to work for this guy. Really unprofessional from initial phone call, keeps cutting you off talks over you. At one point without knowing you says you cant afford me. . He needs some training on manners to his clients. No people skills.

During the consultation, it seemed as though he assumed the role of the prosecution rather than the defense as the HOA attorney. He exhibited an aggressive demeanor, interrupting and asking repeatedly, "What do you want me to do?" It felt as if he treated you as a witness in a court trial. Additionally, when you expressed your concerns, he responded dismissively with "So what." His overall approach appeared to intentionally discourage you from pursuing a dispute against your HOA. It's understandable why he has received very few reviews over the past decade, as the experience was highly unsatisfactory.

I obtained The Law Office of Cyrus to assist with helping me come to a settlement agreement with my HOA Property Management company as they were trying to make me pay $3365 in fines for not having my house pressure washed. I thought that this was ridiculous and my lawyer agreed that is was a bit much and he agreed to draft up a letter. I’m a single mom, so I don’t have a lot of money to work with. He gave me a flat rate. Cyrus went over and beyond the call of duty. He was in correspondence with the HOA property management lawyer and we came to a settlement agreement. I was given time to pay what was owed for HOA assessments and the lawyer fees that the property management company had incurred on my behalf and I didn’t have to pay the fines that they had assessed me. I’m so, grateful for all the work that Cyrus did for me. Thank You, You’re Awesome!

I called attorney Cyrus to help us with an HOA Dispute. He acted like there was hope in settling the extra attorney fees added on by GW & Associates collection attorney. However, nothing was ever done except a letter sent out saying that we didn't owe the Association any additional money. We literally were fed to the sharks and now even after paying the Judgment in full, more attorney fees have been added on totaling $5,000 more dollars. Consumers don't seem to have any rights at all in the State of Georgia, but it appears to be legal to steal people's hard earned money. We are very disappointed because we thought this attorney would help us and he did not. (No, this is not a fake or fraudulent review, I still have the proof of payment for your services.)

This lawyer named Cyrus finally contacted via phone after several attempts to reach him, it took him 2 days to get back to me. His excuse... I was in court...(really you're a lawyer thats like calling a plumber and he gets back to you 2 days later and says sorry I was fixing leaky pipes.) All lawyers or lawfirms I've ever contacted have intake assistants or paralegals answering their calls to set up consultations, gathering information etc. But anyway he calls me and is a keeps saying how can I help you. I tell him I have a HOA lawsuit and need legal defense..he replies abrubtly so how can I help you! So Im like this is weird his website states he does HOA defense but he keeps interrupting me and saying so how can I help you! He was very rude abrasive, unprofessional and plainy told me I would lose in court to the HOA and they would take my house...Then he tells me sorry..I don't think I can help you. Who would hire an attorney you call for help and they tell you rudely you you're going to lose in court. This is the worst phone consultation I've had with a lawyer in my entire life and I've spoken to alot of them. Totally negative experience.
