Exceed Legal PLLC

Hired Exceed Legal PLLC for a commercial lease review for my small business. The "review" consisted of a brief email with generic comments, no redlined lease, no edits, and no follow-up call or strategy discussion. I expected concrete deliverables and meaningful legal guidance. That value was not delivered. I ultimately paid just to move on, but I would not recommend this firm to small business owners without very clearly defined scope and expectations in writing.

My husband and I came to Exceed Legal to have our will and estate plan put in order. It has certainly been a pleasure working with Heidi Burgoyne and her team. Her knowledge of what needed to be done was so appreciated.  Thank you for clarifying what we needed to share with you and how you and your team complied all the necessary documents in such a timely manner. My seller client retained Ian Gee to help with some very complicated matters related to large rural building lots. He greatly helped us figure out a plan of action to help eliminate obstacles that were preventing my client from being able to sell the lots. He properly helped my client execute a shared road maintenance agreement with non-compliant/non-motivated neighbors, and created easement agreements, among many other things.
