I got a will/trust from this company 5 years ago they are super hard to get a hold of all I needed to know was if there was a fee to do modifications and then also have my mom do a will also and a friend so I have multiple people Interested and you can’t get a hold of anyone that knows anything. The front desk lady whoever answered was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to if you do the contact me or email no one gets back to you it’s been a week apparently they don’t need the business. Sad to say that I paid so much money to have a will and trust done that I can’t even get a hold of anyone to assist me every time you call I’m not the right person why do you have someone answering the phones? If they’re not the right person I don’t understand. I couldn’t even get simple answers from whoever answer the phone and they were so rude. I finally just hung up.

Steve is compassionate and very easy to talk to. He walked me through the whole process of setting up a trust after my husband passed away unexpectedly at the age of 49. I feel safe and secure in my future. I would highly recommend using Steve Rausch for your financial security!

Absolutely the worst!!!! NEVER deal with this attorney, nothing but a waste of time and resources, NO EXPERTISE, NO he will never stay in contact,you will have hunt him down through multiple avenues which all to lead back to NO effort put in by Steven Rausch. I've already posted a complaint to the Idaho bar association against him . DO NOT GIVE THIS ATTORNEY MONEY!! Hope this helps more than he helped me!!
