Schaus & Schaus LLP

I met Barbara about 3.5 years ago when I when in to sign Life Estate documents for my father. I don't know how my father found her-- perhaps a friend of his suggested her. My poor father was made to feel stupid and insignificant for any questions he asked and I shut up because she was so rude I couldn't wait to get out of there. I remember being in the parking lot after and shaking. We currently need a copy of some paperwork as we have a met an attorney specializing in this area and she volunteered to look over his paperwork to make sure we did everything right. My sister has called twice because we don't think we got the right paperwork we needed the first time. The second time, Barbara cut her off and MADE my sister read back part of the document just to mock her and make her feel stupid. Then as my sister was talking and asking about where we can find the language on the 5 year look back -- she said "well that's it pretty much" and hung up the phone on her. I have never met anyone who deals with life and death to be so cruel and cold.

Service was friendly, prompt, efficient, capable and reasonably priced. I am a retired lawyer myself and was impressed by the high professional quality.

So hard to contact been trying to get in contact with a lawyer that represents my son for months I spoke with him only 1 time and I been calling for 2 months without any response just to know what's going on

Mr. Schaus was very sympathetic regarding my husbands recent death. He has been very helpful. I brought my little Alex a service dog and his dog was at the office relaxing. He was able to come to my house for a consultation when my grief prevented me from going to the office. He is knowledgeable and efficient.

I have used the Schaus & Schaus law firm, Dan in particular, for a wide variety of needs both personal and commercially. They have far exceeded my expectations! Very detailed, professional and you can tell they care about the needs of their clients!

The law firm is great. All the people who work there are very nice and knowledgeable!
