Dan is an top notch attorney. Being in real estate myself, I have personally seen some of his work, and am familiar with his practice. I consulted Mr. Khwaja regarding my pending foreclosure and it was late in the game. They were moving for summary judgment against my property. I hired him 2 days before the hearing. He filed a motion to reset the briefing schedule and get an extension of time. He asked the motion to be advanced on the day of the hearing. That was granted. He filed a response to the motion for summary judgment, beat the summary judgment, and the case ended up dismissed!!! This guy is sharp as a razor and can come up with a game plan fast if you give him any time and I gave him none!!!
