Leone & Kosyla Law were amazing in helping us deal with a shady landlord situation. The family that owned our building decided to sell and hired a management company to manage tennants AND act as the realtor for the sale. This company wanted it to look good to buyers and were raising our rent 45% so it was "market rate for the neighborhood" without a lease because it could sell anytime. They did not give us proper written notice for the increase and then tried to strongarm us into signing. Alex helped us fight back and found that we had grounds to sue.
