Kristan was suggested to my wife and I for our real estate transactions by our listing agent. She helped us through selling our condo and purchasing a single family home. If you've gone through selling or buying in Illinois, you know how complex it can be and Kristan was very good at guiding us through what we needed to do and getting us to the finish line. It's not easy, and you need someone good like Kristan. She even helped us get our documents to New York at the last minute when we needed to get a signature notarized (long story). Highly recommended.
