If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with attorney Richard Kloak was deeply disappointing. At first, he presented himself as confident and reassuring—promising to be actively involved throughout the case. However, once he was fully paid, that professionalism completely vanished. He stopped responding to phone calls, failed to follow through on scheduled visits, and made no effort to check in after court, despite repeatedly saying he would. He gave me expectations about my court appearance that were never followed through on, and when the day came, I was left completely unprepared and unsupported. There was no communication, no explanation—nothing. When you’re trusting someone like Richard Kloak with your legal future, you expect at the very least honesty, consistency, and accountability. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those things. This was not just unprofessional—it felt negligent. I would never recommend Richard Kloak to anyone seeking dependable or ethical legal representation. Please be cautious when choosing who to trust with something so serious.

I can't believe some of these negative responses! This is one of the most experienced attorneys I've ever known, a straight dog in the court room, a real deal court room bully , trust me when I say he's a real one , he helped me more than once, he even helped a lot of people I know, and when he's late it's part of his strategy or he knows he got it beat #facts no bs all the judges and states attorneys knows him and rumor has it..,... They are all scared of him and owes him favors

If I could give 0 stars I would. You got this lawyer run away and find new counsel. He doesn't research your case nor will he represent you correctly. He doesn't communicate with his clients, he misses court dates, he isn't receptive to clients suggesting cases that can potentially help nor does he do his own homework/investigation. He is a cop out lawyer and would rather convince you to take an offer than fight for your innocence.

I was charged with a Class x (Drug Charge) and initially hired Mr Kloak for $500 he never showed up for court or filed any paperwork! After being released from custody I did research and read reviews I asked for a full refund! He is very unprofessional and it’s scary to think I put my fate and freedom in his hands. I sought an experienced law firm with special focus on my charges.
