Good, efficient experience. I recommend painting their outside sign near the road. Light letters on a white sign is hard to spot.

Sorry, it was a comedy of errors from start to finish. Several mistakes were made and caught (by me) and we're corrected. Bad communication. I'm a real estate investor and have bought and sold over 50 homes in my career. I would classify this as the worst title company I have worked with. I would never use them again. You also need to know there's 18 step to the front door. There's a side door for with a ramp, but they keep the door locked. Even when they know you're coming, it was locked. It's kind of a bad location for a business.

I’ve never had a bad experience, working with Residential/Lawyers Title. They have many working hands to ensure your process is smooth. Client care, and communication is definitely top-notch.

I was supposed to close on a Friday morning at 10:30 but LAST MINUTE they said I never received my closing disclosure. It turns out that was not true, they mixed up my account with someone else's. After they were aware of the mistake, at noon, they still forced me to close on Monday because they couldn't make accommodations to fit me in that afternoon. Scheduling time off work, reserving moving trucks, setting up utilities and wifi, was all a waste. They showed absolutely no regard for the buyer's or seller's time and they never acknowledged it or apologized. Unprofessional.

We where in and out in under 30 minutes. Everyone there was really nice and willing to answer any questions we had. Super smooth process.

We went here when I sold my mother's house. They were very professional and courteous. They had all the paperwork ready to go and were close to on time.

If we can give them zero then we will be very happy to do. Very unprofessional and very bad communication also very slow. A small Arranger Assistant already be not professional and don’t know the whole status how can we expect more. The worst Arranger Assistant I ever deal with before
