Their work in Ohio has been nothing short of a mess. Thousands of Ohioans are unable to pay bills, buy meds and take care of their selves due to the recklessness of this company! Fix the unemployment, that's what you were hired to do! Nobody should've going through this in the wake of a national pandemic!

Awful. Do NOT know what they are talking about. They cause nothing but headaches and unnecessary annoyances. Needs to be defunded or shut down.

Given the project to update Ohio unemployment claims and have failed miserably in pushing us back 2 months to systems that have failed resulting in several Ohioans losing homes, possessions, behind on bills and causing mental illness health.

This company has hundreds of ohioans struggling to pay bills and buy food... They were provided tons of money to update systems for unemployment and yet its still running on a bad system....something needs to be done about this because people cant wait rill 2/26 by then everyone will have lost everything they have worked so hard for.....
