Fortis represented me in the sale of my business. Thank goodness I had Julian and Dustin on my side. A simple transaction was upended by an extremely aggressive legal team on the buyer’s side. But Julian was cool, competent and confident, just what I needed at the time. They don’t complicate already complicated transactions when it is not necessary and that is rare. And on top of that, they are truly nice people who sincerely care about your success. I chose Fortis on the recommendation of my banker’s past experience working with them and I could not have made a better decision. It’s not often that I spend this much money and feel like it was a bargain. Interview all the lawyers you need to but go with Julian.
