Completely disappointed with lack of communication, professionalism, and respect this firm had for me in a tough time. Olga is indifferent to your questions and extremely passive aggressive. They started with an $1800 fee and left me in the dark for 3 months and as soon as I was beginning to hear back with an update on my case, they went on to tack on $8,700 to "complete" my case. In such a difficult financial time, I decided to look elsewhere after paying (losing $1,800). When asking for my case documents... their system suddenly "went down" and making it extremely difficult to work with another tax law group. Be careful and consider other tax law services like me. I usually never leave reviews... but hopefully this review will save you time/money/emotional distress they put me through.

I had major problems with the IRS and I was very concerned about it, I am scared of the IRS and i did not know what to do! I was very pleased when I found TK Bradley at IRS Tax Debt Help. He explained everything to me so I could understand it and they were able to get me payments that are reasonable. I don't think anyone wants to deal with this, but if you do you should call these guys. 🙂
