Nouvelle Gonzalo is the best of the best. She handled our case with care and diplomacy. It was a difficult case where a settlement was promised but very delayed. I was afraid the opposition would wait until past the deadline, and we'd be in default. But the case was settled in a way that was fair to both parties.

I am in the process of building a business and working with a strict budget. Knowing this, Gonzalo Law's staff reached out and let me know of alternative resources that could assist me within the confines of my budget. Their professionalism, integrity, and transparency as definitely given them a future customer. Kindness is a rarity these days, but this place has it in spades.

Absolute professionalism! When I contacted Gonzalo Law via their chat function on their website, I received a quick reply that my question would be addressed by the team shortly. Within an hour I received a note back from Nouvelle recommending I check with a CPA first and then returning with any questions they could not address. She added, "They can be more cost effective before investing in legal counsel. If you do not have tax counsel, I recommend..." (with her local recommendation). This is kind of professional treatment is beyond a 5 star review.

She took the time during our initial consultation to hear my needs and she began researching and executing them with precision. She communicates with excellence and is quick to respond to any concerns that I may have.

EDIT: I'm increasing this from a 1 star to a 5 star review based on my conversation with Ms. Gonzalo. She was polite, professional, and came to the meeting prepared to ask the right questions. She also followed up via email. While I ended not hiring her, it was a reflection of my own changed business needs. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Incredibly curt and unhelpful receptionist. Called them the evening of June 3, 24, and the receptionist would not provide any helpful or useful information, refused to pass on any messages to the attorney, refused to make a note to remind the attorney that I had already emailed her. After taking a bunch of personal information she immediately demanded a $200 consultation fee, and refused to so much as let me know if that fee could be used toward the cost of the case.
