I was in need of a real estate attorney and was referred by a friend. I had an offer accepted on a home and all was well, then we found out from the title company that the home had a Covenant, Condition, and Restriction with the deed. I have purchased homes in the past and the rules in the covenant sounded similar to an HOA which made me nervous. I was able to reach out to Soran Law, get some time scheduled, share the CC&R ahead of time, and had an attorney review it, then met and reviewed the covenant and informed me of what power it had/didn’t have. HORRIBLE. Delayed my case for months- on purpose. Filed complaint with the bar. Cameron is extremely unprofessional and rude. If I had not found another attorney I would have lost an very large sum of money- Cameron actually ignores emails and did not go thru with filings he said he would- then made more promises with a bill he sent me, just to get paid. He should be working at Walmart.
