I trust Mr. Chen with all my legal problems. I have referred at least two friends to him and he has been extremely helpful. He is a professional and will always go the extra mile to keep you safe. What I really appreciate from Mr. Chen especially in this day and age is that he will get the job done without any reminders. It's simple peace of mind. When I have a problem, I know he'll take care of it. Mr. Chen helped me out by resolving a dispute that I had, but more than that he has helped me with a variety of different legal issues. He is always available by phone and email and is very responsive. He's proactive and let's me know when problems arise or when something needs to be done. Mr. Daniel M. Chen was the opposing counsel in my case against a California company, and he NEVER returned my calls! Instead, an associate attorney from the firm was assigned to litigate for their client. I just WON the case as a Pro Se litigant (no attorney) on March 5, 2021 and I still haven't received any updates about my check or release papers I need to sign. Mr. Daniel M. Chen is a partner at RUSH MOORE law firm, which is the same address he is using in his newly created private practice. Mr. Daniel M. Chen was very unprofessional, engaged in unethical illegal practices, and never displayed any respect for me as a Pro Se litigant, which is required and mandated by the Hawaii State Bar Association. A report was filed with the Council for Disciplinary Action that was accepted, and an ongoing investigation is taking place for all the Hawaii Rules of Conduct violations that he was involved in either directly or indirectly. I would not trust an attorney who refused to take five minutes out of his day to return a call to an opposing party, Pro Se litigant, especially when the rules clearly indicate very concisely that special consideration and respect is a mandatory requirement in the Hawaii Rules of Conduct. Please do not trust him!
