I don’t understand why this place is even in business. They don’t answer the phone or return emails. Legal matters are serious and these are not serious people. Suspiciously unprofessional find someone else.

Whoever answered the phone was very rude and told me to just fill out the form online and someone would be in contact. Haven’t heard from anyone. Would not recommend working with this business if no one ever gets back to you.

Do not ask for abby brown she doesn't do anything for your case. This place is a joke. They have no clue what they are doing. And she doesn't do anything. They are more on vacation then helping you. You cant get a hold of them they suck at communication Run away even my other lawyer didn't like using them run far away.

I would compare hiring Abby Brown to hiring a task from Fiiver. I only hired a lawyer for small claims because the situation was so stressful to me, and she added to that stress significantly. I initially only contacted her to draft a letter of intent and I was upsold on being represented. I lost significantly more than what I would have been able to recover in the process and I don't feel like she was upfront about that at all. I was double charged when reminding her that the job wasn't completed. I was charged an hour of research and she had no idea how much the amount was, what I was asking for, or seemingly why she was there for court. She pushed me to take less and not push it because she didn't want to it go to trial even when it was better in my case. She seemed to favor the opposition when they lied to her like they lied to me initially. I would recommend going elsewhere for your mental health.

I go here to get my taxes done. I go to Mark. He's very nice and my mom has been using him for years. He keeps up on all the rules to get me the most back as possible. Doing taxes he's your man. Very friendly. Plus the office has a bowl of the good lifesaver mints

Stay away from Steve Ballard. We retained him on March 23, 2018, to represent us in a propetry damage claim against our insurance company re: tornado damage. He told us what his first step would be & to check in with him or his assistant Mr Martin at any time. Two mos later we checked for progress & were told by Martin they "really needed to get organized ". Six mos in & first step still not done Ballard apologized, said his mother had died, & promised to be in touch "soon". Sept 5 was last contact. Ballard, Martin, receptionist all contacted with no response. Insurance adjustors who recommended Ballard also tried with no response. We fired Ballard Feb 27. If you're looking for help, look somewhere else. Doesn't deserve even one star but it's the only way I could get this box to open!

Was going to take my case, then all of a sudden it became a conflict of interest. I'm very disappointed with this law firm.
