In recent years I had need for an attorney for a family estate matter. Having known David for many years, I turned to him for help. David's legal assistance and referrals to other professional have been very sound in my opinion. He is always considerate of time on our calls, but takes the appropriate time to evaluate both sides of issues we are discussing. Brandy is also very helpful and considerate of myself as well as the other clients I have seen her interact with while in the office.

I hired David Brewer’s office because the landlord of the daycare failed to comply with the contract put in place. David gave me a one time retainer fee. I paid that. After the situation was prolonged after two months or three months. David charged me an additional fee then he began to push me to speak with the landlord directly. He did. It want to move forward by doing what he was hired to do. Any thing the opposing counselor said he wanted me to go along with it. When the contract was already put in place with myself and the landlord. I do not recommend David Brewer if you are looking for someone to fight for you. Someone to push for you. He is. It one.

I want to recommend to you David R Brewer as an ethical, hard working and accomplished attorney. David helped orchestrate the dismissal of years long litigation I had been dragged into with a former business partner. Literally got the case dismissed without having to go to trial, after the plaintiff had delayed and prolonged the matter for years. What is even more, I had expected that all my retainer was used up after all the time that had passed, but to my surprise David told me that he had money to refund to me from my unused retainer, and it ended up to be over three thousand dollars! Now that the dust has settled on the finalization of my litigation, I am so pleased with the outcome and the fact that David was able to refund a substantial amount of my litigation retainer.
