Recently I had the experience of working with Mr Rush and his law firm regarding a settlement that proved to be approached with professionalism, class and experience. This settlement was quite the process as yes, it did take some time but I was ALWAYS involved and notified accordingly. Mr Rush had proved to be extremely knowledgeable and up front about how the court system worked and what the possible outcomes could be. Fortunately for myself and my family we were successful in this case. I feel that the fees charged to me were fair and just as I did my research and found this firm to be the most affordable. The staff at the firm always went above and beyond to make sure that I was well informed and understood all aspects of my case. From having such a fantastic experience with Mr Rush and his staff I chose to proceed with having my will, living will and power of attorney all completed with them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this firm for all future legal needs and I think anyone who reads should as well. Again, the professionalism, knowledge and expertise has me so pleased that I chose Mr Rush.

We were pleased with the upmost professional manner in the way he handled all of our the questions and put us at such ease during this time of distress for our family. Not a good experience. After my initial inquiry I received a call back immediately, made an appointment...appointment was canceled by lawyer. Tried to rescheduled...talked to whoever handled the phones. First time when she couldn't answer questions and was being rather rude she said I wound need to talk to Mr. Rush. I agreed. Never got a phone call. Called back, spoke with her again, never got a call back. I out and out asked if he did not want to deal with the situation I had going on and if I needed to contact another lawyer. She took my message again and yes NO return call.

Quick response, very knowledgeable and helpful. Always takes my calls.
