Awful attorney. He spent more time bashing other attorneys than helping. He also showed us another clients psych evaluation and home videos of some kids acting out. He did absolutely nothing but send bills. The outcome ended up in a worse position than where we started. He bent over and took it from both attorneys and never once fought for us and wanted us to do the same. Then call us "combative" since we stood up for ourselves. Very disappointed in this attorney. Said it would be $2500 and a quick easy case since we had 50/50 for two years. Ended up with no custody. Anytime we brought up serious concerns about the children they brushed it off even though it was harmful to the children. Do not recommend this attorney and he will show your personal stuff to people. Very unprofessional.

Bottom of the barrel you’d be wasting your money on, at his "paralegal" will hang up the phone on you, when you call back for a explanation she’ll answer to briefly hang up on you multiple times. Unprofessional, distasteful, & a lackluster attorney. Came to my brothers court case with a thrift store suit on as well, absolute joke.

Great lawyer, great staff. I have used services for family law and traffic law here and have always had a positive experience.

I think David Kelly is among the worst lawyers. He took $28,000 from me and didn't do the work. He was supposed to take my case to trial, but instead lied to the court and withdrew from the case. I believe he is a straight up thief.
