The worst receptionist or assistant ever. Unprofessional and rude, and I had to repeat myself numerous times. Marlene hung up on me. Andrea was a little better but still repeated herself numerous times, not rude like Marlene was. Continue to ask if there was an attorney who could take my case. My questions continued to be dismissed. My name and number were taken a total of 4 times, without any lawyer returning my call after being promised someone would return my call. I have given my name and number yet again to see if someone calls me back.

This attorney group is sloooooow to respond to their clients phone calls and requests. Their systems are antiquated; they do not accept walk-in visits. I would NOT recommend them to anyone except a dog 🐕.

Kenyatta Riley has been doing my evictions for a few years now. He’s the best and he always responds to my questions and gives me strong advice on how to best proceed in these situations. It’s almost about to be a year & we still haven’t received our settlement money , communications is terrible, he didn’t do what he was supposed to do so we had to step in & do some things our self & we still haven’t received anything, WOULDNT RECOMMEND!
