Hola yo fui con ellos para la renovación de la residencia de mi mamá y todo estuvo muy bien muy buena atención al cliente y la nueva tarjeta le llegó a mi mamá menos de un mes .. ahora quiero llenar mi solicitud de ciudadanía eh estado llamando x mas de 4 días seguidos lástima q no me contestan x que me encantaría q ellos me ayudaran con mi proceso .. ☹️

No califico instituciones a menudo pero tuve una mala experiencia con esta! Solicite los servicios para migracion y tardan demasido tiempo para que te atienda un agente, soy paciente en esperar pero no es justo esparar tanto para que recibas un mal trato! Me enojo mucho que me hicieran sentir ignorante y humillada, realmente si no les gusta su trabajo deberian darle la oportunidad a otros que si lo ameriten.

On this place on immigration they answer most of your questions but the problem I don't like is they take a long time. Second I'm giving two stars is the taxes return they make you wait almost two hours just to talk to an agent. Third my mother paid $90 just to waste her time witch I really got me really mad customer service is really slow I hope manager or owner should change this. Never going do business with this guys again. I recommend that this place is not a good place to do your taxes.

Awful, spent $3,000 to get paperwork done for a change of status. They take forever, papers get denied and they provided zero help afterward. Always giving us the run around to avoid doing work and now I'm having to go to an actual lawyer and pay $2,000 to get it done correctly. Would never consider using or recommending this place. Response: Except, the person who prepared the papers knew the overstay had taken place and didn't prepare the waiver. When I received the letter to submit a waiver I got zero response from your office and the waiver had a time limit to submit. We were advised the waiver could/should have been submitted with the original application.
