The last three and half months were some of the most difficult months I've had to endure in trying to reach buyout settlement with my (former) business partner. Days and nights worrying that business mediation/arbitration is unavoidable. Through Martin's experience, strategy and diligence we were able to reach a fair buyout agreement without going to mediation/arbitration that would have cost more time and money.
