Beware and think twice before handing over your money to this attorney Mr.Khatibi and his partner Migir. I spoke to them in December 2024 and hired them based on what they told me, including being told that now I had two attorneys. After that I had to beg for communication, was treated disrespectfully in writing by Mr. Khatibi …apparently I was bothering him. I could say more. Bottom line they have done absolutely nothing for me despite what I was distinctly told by Mr. Khatibi that he would do. I had to continue to try and help myself, now only to be told in writing that I should call 311 for help. I didn’t hire an attorney to tell me that.

I had a disappointing experience with this attorney. During the initial intake process, they were prompt, answered all my questions professionally, and dealt with me through one paralegal. However, after I paid for their services, communication slowed significantly. They switched my case to another paralegal, and it took weeks before I received any clear updates or details. The lack of transparency and follow-through was frustrating. I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience.
