This Lady robbed me. She settled my case and kept the settlement. I had surgery, two of them, and seversl injections. She settled my case for 10k and did not tell me. A paralegal from her office called me and put me in touch with a District attorney who was investigating her. This Lawyer shouldn't even be allowed to practice law in America. She is no good. I now have a new lawyer who is working on undoing the settlement she did and getting me my proper compensation. Avoid this Lawyer.

I do not advise this attorney Marina Trubitsky and her assistant Eugene Galasyuk. She steals money from customers. Instead of 33% what a lawyer should take from people she takes 50%. Does not answer phones, does not meet with customers. Office address is kept secret. On Broadway she already has no office. Clients filed about 20 complaints against this lawyer. she does not deserve even one star!!!!!

I slipped and fell in the store on the wet floor and broke my arm. The store refused to pay compensation for my treatment. My friends advised me to turn to Marina, and I did not regret, because she won the case. I received a good compensation which covered the treatment and even remained. Thank you for the help!

I wish I could give 0 start!!! Please don’t hire Maina Trubitsky if you don’t want any problems! It is impossible to make an appointment or talk to her after you sign the contract. I ended up taking care of the case by myself. She just takes her 33.33% and doesn’t even do the job!!! She is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor- avoid this woman!!!!

RUN !!!! if you hear the name of the lawyer Marina Trubitsky. cheaters !!!!!! with her for one of her assistants, Eugene Golosyuk. I have not been able to take money from them for 1 year now. owe me $ 5,000 and don't give it back. there are many complaints about them. I do not recommend this office.
