On June 15th 2022 I hired Mr. Simoes about a tenant that have to move out on 60 days, Mr Simoes sent the letter to tenant and told me if the tenant don't move out on 60 days. He will sent the letter to the court, and told me that I cant receive any money(rent) from the tenant after the 60days. On September I call Mr. Simoes to know if He sent the letter to the court because the tenant don't move out, I explain this to his secretary and she told me that Mr. Simoes wasn't at the office and that He call me later. We still calling many times and was the same history "Mr. Simoes is not here, We call you later" TODAY 01/18/2023 my daughter goes to the MR. Simoes Office and the secretary told her that they never send the letter to the court, because we only call him 3 times!!!!!!??? I definitely don't recommend this lawyer. I loose 3 moths of rent. He never did that should be do (never send the letter to the court) . Now we lose time and money and We have to hired another lawyer.

Let me correct the accusation that Stephanie Lu stated in the above review. This law Firm is the best that I have hired. The accusers are just mad because Mr. Simoes did exactly what he was hired to do! He made sure that I was not taken advantage of from every party involved; also he fought for me to get exactly I as entitled to. Your anger is towards the wrong party. If anyone was to BLAME it is the mortgage company NATIONWIDE Mortgage Bankers. They were sneaky and tried to find every way to make more money out of us. So I am here again to defend Simoes and Associates. Lastly he answered every email and phone call that was sent to him from all parties and also included me so I can be involved in every single step of the process.

I have never encountered such in unprofessionalism in my life. I had accepted an offer to sell my house and the buyer used Paulo Fausto Simoes as her attorney for the closing. THIS LAWYER FOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS PHONE CALLS OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE. After 3 months of issues and headaches the buyer is trying to pull the deal. Necessary documents have been a headache to receive and many have come in without a signature or with the wrong address. I'm not sure what kind of scam or game they are trying to play, but the issues dealing with this office have cost me a lot of time and money. If you see this office run far far away.

Rated one star because can’t do zero star! hired this attorney based on my Realtor recommendation (i believe they are friends). to represent me on a house buying process!!! Worst attorney ever! does not reply to emails! sent couple letters to my house saying that i did not request any repair to the seller! His office was copied on all my emails, even with that they can’t keep a track record of the communication between me/his office and the sellers. I had to go back and forward many times to get the information from him!the attorney himself and his office have no idea how to work! im towards the closing process now! i wish i could just fire him and hire another attorney to finish the process! but at this point will be an extra cost! Please save yourself from frustrations and headache! dont hire this office for anything! you may get screwed along the process!!! i regret the moment i trusted my realtor recommendations!!! stay away from this!

Few times I reach to dr Simões and his office in search of help and counseling in my legal matters. Very friendly staff and super professional, recommend dr Fausto Simoes to everybody.
