Berkley Law Office

My now husband used them a few years back. The company it's self is great. The lawyer we worked with was nice and polite. However when you call you will speak to the rudest, bitter old lady Tammy. She is the worst person to have to deal with. I mean your going through enough trying to do a bankruptcy. But she has the nastiest attitude and honestly should be put in a back room hidden from dealing with the clients. At some point you guys gotta be losing business from her rude comments and non-existent compassion. Word of advice just because someone is reliable doesn't make them qualified for a job.

We received marketing through the mail, for the Berkley Law Office (off 15th Street and Bethany) regarding filing Bankruptcy. Do your research on the firm you will hire to represent your case. When you find yourself in a predicament as we did, we did not do our research - and with much regret. I highly recommend that you get a copy of the contract, take it home, read it have a clear understanding of exactly the disbursements, fees, payments, and etc. Have a clear understanding of where/and how the funds are dispersed and how much is actually going towards your debt. Highlight and make notes of any questions that you have, then addressed with the attorney before signing! PLEASE, please, any cash that you give to the attorneys make sure, you get a receipt!!!!! And do your comparisons once the Bankruptcy is discharged or dismissed. Good luck and may you have a prosperous future!! Look at other Firms before you hire!!!!

A client of mine did a trust through this law office--I was added as a co-trustee. I needed to get some questions answered for an ongoing issue with my client and have left numerous texts, emails & voice mails with no response from this office !!!!

The office is located just north of the "60" exit on the east side of MmClintok. It is in the cluster of offices at the very southwest corner. The office park has some of the nicest landscaping and plants in an office park I've ever seen.
