I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Ms. Koch. She has been handling my mother’s divorce for nearly a year and a half, and the process has been slow and poorly managed, despite the case involving limited assets. Her representation during the spousal support hearing was especially concerning—she failed to advocate effectively for my mother’s interests. Since then, communication has been almost nonexistent. I now hold power of attorney for my mother and have repeatedly reached out to Ms. Koch regarding critical issues, including the status of the case, missed spousal support payments, and a request to decrease the payment amount. I have received no meaningful response to any of these inquiries. This level of inattention and lack of professionalism has caused my mother and our family significant stress. I cannot recommend Ms. Koch based on our experience.

Mrs Koch is a very caring attorney who gets the job you need done. She has helped my family out greatly and we love the services she provides for us. Representation like Norma Koch's is honest, hardworking and dedication. She has a great voice in the courtroom and will cut through the lies. Norma is by far the worst attorney I have ever seen or dealt with she does not know how to argue a case she will bow down to the judge and she will tell you every thing you would like to hear I am amazed at how horrible she did in the court room
