Told me that she couldn’t expunge 2 cases at the same time that were the same but spoke to 2 other attorneys and and the bossier sheriffs office they said different I feel like she didn’t do her homework I paid all that money and still have the felony charge apparently and when we got to court she forgot my paperwork in her car had to run back and get it which the judge was already irritated could’ve been a bad situation and not to mention I driven way from Dallas and didn’t even have to be there bad experience I hate that because I really like to support the culture when it comes to these type of ordeals!!

Audrius Reed is very professional. Mrs Reed makes the process so easy. She is very knowledgeable of the law. She is very honest and upfront. I used her for my family custody case. We went against some well known lawyers that costs a fortune and still won our case! I would recommend Mrs Audrius Reed to anyone.

I was a witness to the lack of concern or initiative by Ms. Reed on Ms. Moreland's Case.

Do Not use this Lady especially for a divorce. She tells you one thing but gives a lesser result. And then when you ask about the service or things you thought you were fighting for, she acts as if you’re slow and you miss understood then adds another service fee! And my case got ruled in my Ex’s favor on the most basic level. Something I could have done myself if I just wanted to lose! Save your time and Money & fine a better Attorney!

So, my house was raided by SPD & the Marshal's Office. They were looking for someone I never met. I refused to let them search my home, because it wasn't under authority of a warrant. They searched anyway. Since they didnt have any authority to do this, and because there was no valid court order (warrant) to obstruct (go to *** below for explanation) they tried to put a charge (obstruction of a court order) on me to jam me up and paint ME as the criminal. The criminal justice system pressures you to take charges even when you're innocent. They hide/tamper your evidence, and lawyers file endless continuances. Cops don't come to court when subpoenaed. They play a lot of games to keep their conviction rates up. Many cases in Caddo Parish linger on for YEARS. But when you plea guilty, you can't put a case on the cops for any misconduct (read HeckvHumphrey). You also can't appeal. I hired this attorney to help me. From the beginning, communication w/ Reed was inconsistent. Before my 1st court date, I was told Reed would not be in town to attend. Later, she claimed she was sick, and although she eventually appeared, she was late. After the initial consultation and my 1st payment, her level of interest in my case seemed minimal. She informed me that she could not obtain essential evidence, including warrants and body camera footage. Yet, I learned from her own billing records, that she had reviewed the REAL bench warrants three times while telling me otherwise. Instead of pursuing the proof she uncovered, she told me she would require an additional $250/hr to even review any favorable evidence to help my case. She concealed what she knew from me to get me to plea. Over a period of 9 months, she recorded only 4.26 billable hrs against my $1,500 retainer. Based on her own accounting, she claimed to have earned $984. A substantial balance of my retainer remained unused. She tried to charge me $250/hour to review the warrants THAT I GOT ON MY OWN that she had already seen and was hiding from me. (***The warrant they were "enforcing" at the raid wasn't a search/arrest warrant. It was a BENCH WARRANT that they MADE IN PHOTOSHOP OR SOMETHING. They edited my address in. It was for a person that didn't live in my home that I didn't know. The fake bench warrant didn't even have a judge's signature at the bottom. Now, there ARE some nearly identical bench warrants for this person with Bossier/Minden addresses on the city court website), but NONE for my house in S'Port. Still, to this day, after 2 years, I don't know what made them look for this random guy w/ a fake warrant at my house. Even my landlord said he never rented to this guy at any of his dozens of properties that he manages. You would think the person they were looking for was very dangerous based on the amount of forced used at my house, but the guy was just wanted for not showing up to court over city court charges concerning the theft of a catalytic converter and driving violations/tickets.) REED DID NOT FILE A SINGLE WRITTEN MOTION IN MY DEFENSE. She just wanted me to plea guilty. Also, Reed stated that if I wanted to take my case to trial, and not accept the plea deals she was offering me, I would have to pay an additional $5,000 up front, with no option for a payment plan. Basically, if I plead, she just got a free $1500 & it would bar me from making a 1983 constitutional rights suit against the cops (HeckvHumphrey). Reed didn't even have me sign an attorney-fee agreement. I had no idea where the $5,000 or $250/hour was coming from. I've never had to hire a lawyer before, so at the time, I didn't know anything about the process. Her appearances in court were less than ten minutes each time, and her strategy was limited to urging me to accept plea offers despite the fact that she knew I was innocent because she looked at the REAL bench warrants three times, but kept telling me she hadn't found them. After I dismissed her and retained new counsel, my case was dismissed in my favor. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend seeking representation elsewhere.
