If I could give 0 would Walter P. McClatchey is the managing attorney in the Shreveport office and he’s the worst never returns my calls I always had to keep calling him never kept me updated on my case and I had to keep reaching out to him

Horrible customer service! They're never in the office and you can't make an appointment. They will tell you that they're the only ones in the city that has the paperwork.. that is a lie.! Please call a local notary or go to the shreve memorial library and find the paperwork for free.
If I could give zero stars I would. They are no help at all, especially for DV survivors.
