We worked with Daren Barney and Charlotte to update our estate plan to have it conform to Utah laws. We’ve worked with and have had prior experience with other estate attorneys in the past. Daren did a most professional and highly organized job in putting together our updated trust. He was very thorough and explained everything so that it was easy to understand. My husband & I were very fortunate to have found Jeff McKenna. We had moved into our new home here & desired a new estate attorney to review our existing Wills, Trusts, etc., in our new city. He was personable and kind. He asked several questions. Our parents trusted Barney McKenna and Olmstead to set up their family trust in their later years, and we have had nothing but excellent service from them as we asked them to aid us in updating all the documentation associated with caring for aging parents (POAs, Trust documents, Health directives, etc.).
