When I contacted Ms. Brown I didn't know what to expect. I did a bankruptcy before but it failed in comparison to this experience. She was a no nonsense lady. Strictly on busy at the same time she made me feel as if she was my friend helping me through this hard stressful time. Not knowing which way or what to do was eased going forward each time I felt unsure I was redirected, hey do this and you're going to be just fine. I am so tremendously grateful that I found Ms. Brown through a friend. Having to handle this with Ms. Brown reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Just stick with what she instructed you to do in a timely manner and all was well. It turned out that she was on her business standing on what she was set out to do. From my initial phone call with the person who answered the phone to my conversation with Tracy Brown everyone was very professional and with quick responses. After talking with Ms. Brown regarding my situation she clearly explained my next steps. She was very straight-forward and honest and let me know that it would not make sense for her to handle my situation as she would not "win" and didn't want me to incur additional expenses. Just completed a Chapter 13 with Tracy A. Brown Law firm and could not be happier. I now make monthly payments that I can afford. Ms. Brown, Tara, Amy, and Brian and everyone else who did their part to close this deal for us worked very diligently and met with us continually to gather what they needed to submit to get closure on our case.
