Well, my voice is low and breathy. I emailed this Teresa at Gulf Coast Legal .. I simply asked if there was an email or text app we could communicate. No response. This place obviously does not have technology to accommodate people who may need a little assistance.

I am a veteran and unfortunately, I needed free legal advice for a civil matter that I have coming up. I physically went into their office and filled out all my personal information and was told that somebody would reach out to me. I have been waiting for a while and have never received a response. I have called numerous times and left many messages to no avail. I feel stupid for giving them all my personal information. Who knows what they are going to try to do with this.

I was referred to an incredibly unethical gal who is presently being investigated by the Florida bar due to misconduct, misrepresentation, fraudulent representation of facts and otherwise by Rachel, the director of this program. I truly believe Rachel is a compassionate attorney, but the horrible referral she gave me was the turning point for the worse in my custody battle with my abusive ex.

Takes months to get any answers and still haven't talked to anyone. Whoever that is incharged don't call anyone that has a complaint. Some of there staff are rude and you get a run around.
