Peart Law office awesome they really help me. I didn’t know what to do I’m not from Florida I’m single woman. The landlord was trying to give me hard time refunding my deposit. I was good tenant for almost years. I was blessed to buy a house had to give 30 notice ti move. I did everything that was told of me to do in order to get my deposit back. The owner change company new company was really trying to give me hard time. Peart Law office assure me that they could help me and they did. I was so happy that they stepped right in and resolve the issue and I received my my deposit. This firm has edited their response to my review multiple times, yet when I paid $695 for services (twice), multiple calls and emails went UNANSWERED . Clearly, polishing their image matters more than serving paying clients. I have no issue paying a $4,000 retainer to a well-deserving attorney, I work hard for my money and gladly invest in quality representation. But professionalism and respect must be earned, not withheld as punishment for leaving an honest review. Worst of all, they violated my privacy by publicly disclosing my full name without consent, despite our business being conducted under my LLC. That alone speaks volumes about their regard for client trust.

It was a long process, initially, I was scared to do what I was doing on my own. I looked everywhere and found Peart Law Office. I didn't know what I was getting into because I felt like my issues with my landlord were not going to get resolved. They were great to talk to and made me feel comfortable in the situation. I probably could have gotten more out of the situation, but I am more than happy to say that I get to leave early as a resolution and I can put this place in my rearview. I will always use them from here on out 100%
