Extremely rude staff member who had no interest in helping me whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on.. looks like I’ll be there to speak to management first thing in the morning

I waited several weeks to obtain a phone appointment with one of the organization’s attorneys. During that consultation, the attorney informed me that my case would be referred to another lawyer and that I would receive a packet within two weeks. This representation created a reasonable expectation that my matter was being actively handled. However, a month passed with no communication or documentation received. I contacted the office on Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM to inquire about the status of my case. The representative who refused to give me her name was unable to provide any substantive information beyond stating that my case was "still pending." When I asked for a timeline, clarification of the process, or to speak with a supervisor, she was unable to respond and ultimately became frustrated with my questions—then abruptly hung up on me after I had been on hold for over 40 minutes. This conduct reflects a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. The organization’s failure to deliver on its stated services constitutes potential misrepresentation. I relied on their assurances while facing escalating creditor actions, and as a result of their inaction, my wages are now being garnished

I talked to a lawyer through them and was advised to set up a payment plan with a creditor to avoid court which I agreed to. The last I heard they were going to negotiate the plan on my behalf. The attorney I spoke to seemed like a nice guy and sent me some forms to sign online to begin negotiations. This was on April 11th and I haven't heard a thing since. My court date is May 2. Despite emails and calls asking for an update I have received zero response and am now still headed to court since I can't get an answer. Total waste of time.

Must contact them prior to filing anything. Responsive. Easy online submission form. Do your part to follow up and they will stay in contact, if you don't follow up they will move on to their next person to respond to.

I was trying to get a divorce and a lawyer helped me for a few months. Kept in touch and guided me. Then the lawyer wanted me to sue my ex. I just wanted a divorce. Then I got a letter that stated my case was dropped. So much for helping! Thank you, I guess you get what you don’t pay for. Oh well

Courteous staff. Attorney Chris Benson was knowledgeable and patiently explained what was happening, hus strategy going forward, and what he needed from me. I felt a whole lot better after leaving there, than I had going in.
