I have been trying to get information regarding why my IRS balance has not been reduced and whether any refund applied by the IRS will reduce the amount I owe to Guardian tax. I have made several attempts, but to date they have not responded to my questions or even acknowledged receiving my request.

I just want to share my honest experience with Attorney Hubert J Johnson. After going over all the options available he concluded, that it was to my best interest to continue with the original plan I have in place with the IRS. Even though he already knew I had little to no chance of a better plan. He still took the time to offer and explain several options that he felt would be of assistance in my situation. He went above and beyond to help me with my tax issues. I was very impressed with his honesty and his ability to explain everything in terms that I was able to understand perfectly well. Also the fact that at no moment he gave me any false expectations. After the results of our meeting he still made time to email me other resources and phone numbers where I could get assistance. Aside of his professionalism he also has a friendly demeanor that I was able to feel just over the phone. He made me feel like we already knew each other giving me a sense of trust. Something difficult to find now a days. I also want to add that I called him because he was referred to my husband by a coworker that got helped by him. Just want to make it clear that my case was way different than the referral source.

I spent 8 months in profoundly stressful interactions with the IRS, and had made absolutely no progress in resolving my tax issue. My first interaction with Eric was what finally initiated the road to resolution of my IRS tax problem. He has been professional, compassionate, and demonstrated significant knowledge of IRS protocols in his time assisting me. Once Eric fully understood my tax issue, he referred me to an appropriate resource that was able to further assist me. I finally feel, for the first time in 8 months, this never-ending nightmare may come to an end before Christmas, and that will be the best Christmas gift ever.

I had the most thoughtful experience with Hubert Johnson this afternoon. I live out of state and I was referred to Guardian Tax from an attorney who helped me over a decade ago, I had an intro discovery call with Hubert today, he called the IRS while I was on the discovery call, we spoke to the IRS agent and got a better understanding of the notice they sent me, he asked her questions i would've never thought to ask on my own and we had a solution in 30 minutes. And this was supposed to be just a discovery call, this was the level of service they provided without me spending a dime. Top notch.
