Mr. Patteson is absolutely phenomenal. He assisted us with guardianship, and we could not have been more pleased with his services. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. I give him a review of one. I wish I could have given a review less than one, but one is the lowest allowed. My experience with attorney Patterson was very disappointing. He represented me and negotiated a plea deal, but it turned out to be a terrible agreement for my situation. At the time, he told me that I would be able to file for a nondisclosure later and get the record sealed or removed. I relied on that advice. I later learned that the offense included in the plea deal is barred from nondisclosure, which means I can’t seal the record at all. This was extremely upsetting because I would have made different decisions if I had been fully informed of the long-term consequences. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience so others can be aware and ask more questions before accepting a plea

We called Richard Patteson needing help with a guardianship for my seriously ill brother in law and then within a month later help with his estate.
